Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Manager, Maintenance Excellence (Reliability Engineering) to lead site-wide reliability and maintenance programs for manufacturing and packaging assets. The role oversees reliability-centered maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment lifecycle management, CMMS governance, KPIs, GMP compliance, audits, and continuous improvement, while leading and developing a technical team. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and at least five years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or technical operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
