Description
The Manager, Maintenance oversees and directs all maintenance operations for facilities and equipment, leading a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors. The role develops preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages budgets and maintenance data, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, handles emergency repairs, and maintains records of equipment, parts, and supplies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field, at least five years of maintenance management or supervisory experience, and familiarity with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
