FCCI is hiring a Major Case Unit (MCU) Manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial major case unit handling complex commercial claims. The role leads workload planning and performance, manages claim operations including reserves, settlements, and authority compliance, directs litigation strategy and defense counsel, analyzes claim trends, and resolves complex coverage and service issues. The position can be based at one of FCCI’s office locations or remotely within FCCI states, with an annual salary range of $114,640 to $176,546 and medical, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits.
