Dawn Technology is hiring a Manager Managed Services to lead a major strategic transformation in its central Managed Services department. The role will unify eight entities’ IT operations into one scalable cloud operation, standardize service management processes under ITIL, implement centralized MSP management software, oversee P&L and budgets, support enterprise sales pursuits, and drive customer migrations to secure public cloud environments while ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and DORA.
