Description

HSBC is hiring a Manager, Management Reporting to support its Global GTS team with end-to-end operational, business finance, forecasting, cost, and customer profitability reporting. The role owns monthly and annual financial reports, variance and forecast analysis, financial modeling, data validation, reconciliations, query management, change projects, automation, and visualizations, while collaborating with business partners and global stakeholders. Candidates should have accounting or commerce qualifications, relevant financial planning and analysis experience, knowledge of reporting and financial systems, and familiarity with tools such as Qlik, Python, Tableau, and Qliksense.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Qualified accountant qualification, such as CA, CWA, MBA, PG Commerce, or Graduate Commerce
Required Previous Experiences: At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in financial and management reporting
Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis processes
Preferred Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of financial systems or data consolidation models, including Omnia, TM1, HUB, FTP, or similar systems
Knowledge or experience of data mining, financial statement analysis, and audit controls
Commercial acumen and knowledge of banking business drivers, P&L, revenue and cost, and balance sheets
Ability to plan, lead, and implement change in business frameworks
Strong communication and ability to interact with multiple employee levels and business partners
