Description
Forge is hiring a Manager, Manufacturing & Test Engineering to establish and lead a manufacturing and test engineering organization for its first nuclear reactor, Ember. The role will build and manage 10+ engineers and specialists, oversee production cells and test stands, manage factory operations and capacity planning, drive safety, quality, continuous improvement, and cost reduction, and partner with design engineering. The position is based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, requires relocation if not already local, and is full-time in the office.
