L3Harris is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah, to lead 3–8 Manufacturing Engineers and manage manufacturing strategies, processes, costs, standards, tooling, documentation, and continuous improvement for military electro/mechanical products. The role partners with engineering and cross-functional teams, supports new-product release and production transitions, and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience without a degree.
