The role owns manufacturing strategy, NPI transitions, MES and PDM planning, MBOM and configuration management, DFM/DFA/DFT assessments, yield optimization, and cross-functional coordination from R&D through high-rate production. Candidates need at least 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience, including 3 years in leadership, along with relevant hardware, MES, PDM, and defense standards experience. The position is based in Santa Ana, California, offers a $146,000–$194,000 USD base salary, and requires U.S. Person status and eligibility for an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
