Vertiv is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Piove di Sacco, Italy, to provide technical leadership and manufacturing support for the Tognana Thermal Center of Excellence Site. The role covers new product introduction, assembly and testing process definition, productivity and operational excellence initiatives, CAPEX investments, production changes, technical issue resolution, manufacturing methods, documentation, cost reduction, and make-versus-buy analyses. Candidates need a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong English and technical communication skills, CAD and PLM/ERP knowledge, and the ability to travel.
