Description
Creation Technologies is hiring a Functional Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team and oversee engineering processes for producing and testing Circuit Card Assemblies and box assemblies. The role manages NPI activities, engineering projects, manufacturing cells and equipment, quality control, process validation, scaling operations, KPIs, and cross-functional and external stakeholder issues. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive electronics manufacturing experience, and 3+ years in engineering management or leadership. The anticipated starting pay is up to CDN $128,250 per year, with performance-based bonuses and benefits.
