Diodes Incorporated is hiring a Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering to lead its Diffusion/EPI Process team in support of a 24/7 wafer fab. The role manages process sustaining engineers and technicians, aligns site priorities, develops high-performance engineering practices, manages team performance, coordinates cross-functional projects, and supports process transfers and development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical, chemical, or mechanical engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of epitaxy semiconductor process engineering experience, and strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills; managerial experience is preferred. The stated pay range is $158,000 to $195,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and life insurance benefits.
