Port Liberty Bayonne is hiring a Manager, Marine Operations to manage safe and efficient vessel operations, supervise ILA labor and foremen, coordinate customer and internal logistics, maintain accurate vessel performance and terminal reporting, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather and shift conditions, a valid driver’s license, a TWIC card, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and NAVIS. A college degree or maritime schooling is preferred, along with marine terminal experience; recent graduates with the right tools may also be considered. The annual salary range is $54,054.00 to $81,082.00 plus bonus and benefits.
