Blue Matter is hiring a Manager to lead cross-functional project teams delivering commercialization, launch, portfolio, product, and organizational strategy work for biopharmaceutical clients. The role supports project planning, research, client engagement, talent development, business opportunities, and new business acquisition, with a focus on U.S. market access, coverage, coding, payment, pricing, and specialty therapeutic areas. The position offers a base salary of $160,000–$185,000, incentive compensation, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
