Description
The Manager - Master Data Governance will oversee customer master data governance, including standards, data quality rules, controls, cleansing, stewardship, KPIs, issue resolution, and governance adoption across business and IT processes. The role coordinates data stewards, analysts, technical partners, product owners, and other stakeholders; manages and develops staff; oversees master data systems; and recommends technology and process improvements. It requires a bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or an equivalent experience, five years of master data management, data governance, or data operations experience, and experience with Informatica MDM and data solutions.
