Entegris is hiring a Manager, Materials Quality Engineering to lead a regional team supporting raw materials and supplier quality across chemistry, membranes, and mechanical fabrication commodities. The role is based in the Tokyo office and provides people leadership, technical direction, and strategic oversight for materials quality activities supporting Entegris manufacturing plants in Japan and the Advanced Purity Solutions and Materials Solutions divisions. Responsibilities include supplier and raw material management, change control, new product development, failure analysis, risk mitigation, audits, corrective actions, quality-system compliance, and performance improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, at least 10 years of industry experience with 3 years of people leadership, Japanese and English fluency, and proficiency with quality and data tools.
