Prisma Health is hiring a Community Services Manager to manage and oversee teen pregnancy prevention programs across more than 30 schools in Richland and Lexington counties. The role serves as a liaison to schools and community organizations, develops and facilitates curriculum, trains community and faith-based partners, manages Community Advocates, coordinates meetings and events, and supports program evaluation. It requires a master’s degree, three years of healthcare-related experience, and expertise in teen pregnancy program planning, implementation, and management; the position is day-shift based at the Baptist facility in the Community and Social Health department.
