Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads and develops manufacturing engineers and technicians, plans resources and budgets, and oversees the development of complex products and manufacturing systems. The role drives product and process innovation, continuous improvement, equipment commissioning, safety programs, technical documentation, and compliance with manufacturing standards. Candidates need an engineering degree, several years of manufacturing engineering and team leadership experience, lean manufacturing and project management knowledge, relevant systems proficiency, strong leadership and organizational skills, and fluent English.
