L3Harris is hiring a Manager, Mechanical Engineering to lead its Environmental Analysis Team in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role manages analysts supporting thermal, structural, shock, vibration, fatigue, and environmental analysis for ruggedized electronic and electro-mechanical hardware across design, qualification, production, and sustainment. Responsibilities include staffing, technical direction, model and test correlation, proposal and customer support, performance management, process improvement, and cross-functional issue resolution. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least 9 years of related experience, engineering leadership experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
