Description
The Manager, Mechanical Engineering will lead the design of customized mechanical plans for Mission Critical Group products, provide technical guidance on materials and design concepts, improve manufacturing efficiency and quality, manage engineering manpower and resources, coordinate with estimating, manufacturing, electrical engineering, and building design teams, and support research and development. The role requires 10+ years of mechanical engineering design experience in marine, heavy industrial, or oil and gas industries, 5+ years of electro-mechanical power system design experience, and 2 years leading an engineering team, along with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
