Description
Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time direct-hire Manager, Mechanical Engineering – Aircraft to lead and develop a team of approximately 12 mechanical engineers and oversee aircraft system upgrades, structural modifications, primary and secondary structures, electrical equipment racks, and external antenna installations. The role manages engineering design quality, project status, resource planning, workload forecasting, bid and proposal support, cost, schedule, and quality objectives, and maintains engineering processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering and at least 9 years of related experience, with aircraft structural design and modification experience, managerial experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The position is based onsite in Waco, Texas, with relocation assistance available.
