Description
The Engineering & Facility Maintenance – CGLP role leads project execution, MEP systems, infrastructure, utilities, facility operations, asset reliability, vendor and contractor management, statutory compliance, operational readiness, and cost control for Chennai Global Logistics Park Limited. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, preferably 10–20 years of relevant experience, and strong expertise in project management, MEP execution, maintenance, testing and commissioning, HSE, and stakeholder coordination.
