Description
Rocket Lab is seeking a Manager, Mechanical Engineering to lead and support the mechanical engineering function while actively contributing to various projects. This role involves managing a team of mechanical engineers, guiding technical execution, supporting staffing, and engaging in design, analysis, build, test, and delivery of flight and ground hardware. The manager will foster a high-performance engineering culture, drive technical decisions, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
