Description
The Manager – MELS will lead the operationalization and strengthening of Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Systems across PGPL’s projects and portfolios. The role oversees MEL planning, project-level evaluations, data quality, analytics, reporting, learning integration, digital MEL systems, and capacity building for MELS staff and partners. It also supports proposal development, donor compliance, sub-award performance, and evidence-based program improvement. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, at least seven years of MELS experience in the INGO or development sector, and experience leading MEL functions and supervising teams.
