Description
Netflix is hiring a Director of Data Science and Machine Learning for its Ads Data Science and Engineering organization. The role leads Machine Learning Scientists, Data Scientists, and Analytics Engineers; partners with product, engineering, consumer insights, content, and strategy teams; develops team charters and roadmaps; and translates business objectives into analytical recommendations for ad delivery optimization. The position requires experience building and leading hybrid Data Science and Machine Learning teams in the advertising space, strong quantitative and communication skills, and the ability to execute technical work while developing strategy. Compensation is $523,000 to $920,000 annually, with benefits including health plans, retirement matching, stock options, and paid leave.
