Description
Agnico Eagle is hiring a Manager to lead operational readiness and preparedness for mining projects across the Ontario Region. The role reports to the Director, Ontario Operations, leads operational teams and readiness plans, supports mining operations and mine planning, assists with permitting for the Hammond Reef Project, coordinates technical information and project documentation, and supports community engagement and business continuity. The position requires at least 10 years of mining experience, knowledge of Ontario environmental legislation and permitting, strong project coordination and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. It is scheduled for 40 hours per week, with occasional site visits and a hybrid arrangement combining remote work and on-site work at an office. Compensation exceeds $200,000, but no pay range is disclosed.
