Description
Axon is hiring a Field Team Lead to manage and develop a regional field team of Mission Engineers supporting public safety agencies. The role owns deployment health, adoption, technical stabilization, escalation trends, and portfolio outcomes; partners with command staff, agency IT, and Axon leadership; maintains technical fluency across SaaS, cloud, hardware, networking, integrations, and Axon’s platform; and coaches Technical Account Managers and Mission Engineers. The position is regionally based in the Southeast United States with up to 40% travel and typically requires three to four days per week onsite in agency environments.
