Description
The role leads a Modeling and Simulation team of approximately 10–12 people, guiding talent development, hiring, retention, and continuous learning while partnering with local and global stakeholders. Responsibilities include advancing digital engineering, AI/ML, multiphysics and co-simulation capabilities, technology roadmaps, NPI/NTI programs, and simulation-led product development. The position requires 8+ years of experience with a master’s degree or 5+ years with a PhD, along with expertise in physics-based modeling, structural mechanics, thermal and flow analysis, multiphysics, digital workflows, and engineering AI/ML.
