Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Hot Process Module Engineering Manager to lead engineers and technicians supporting the Furnace and Rapid Thermal Processing toolsets for 200mm manufacturing at Fab 9 in Essex, Vermont. The role owns balanced scorecard metrics across quality, cost, delivery, value, and team performance; drives continuous improvement, yield, equipment availability, production output, and delivery; and collaborates across technical, quality, supply chain, and other fab locations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline, at least seven years of manufacturing operations engineering experience, people and team leadership experience, and fluency in English. The expected salary range is $118,000 to $210,000.
