NVIDIA BioNeMo is hiring an MD Simulation Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers building GPU-native molecular dynamics simulation software. The role combines people leadership, technical credibility, architectural guidance, roadmap ownership, cross-team dependency management, and delivery of production-quality scientific software. Candidates need extensive software engineering experience, GPU and high-performance scientific software expertise, molecular dynamics knowledge, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. The base salary is 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until May 26, 2026.
