Description
The role leads technology transfers from development into manufacturing, manages manufacturing readiness, process monitoring, investigations, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project delivery. It serves as the primary MSAT technical resource, supports GMP and quality-system compliance, and manages MSAT staff while communicating risks and recommendations to leadership. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field, regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, and experience with technology transfer, investigations, process monitoring, and project leadership.
