Description
Meta is hiring a People Manager for its Edge and Network Services (ENS) operations organization to lead engineers responsible for stable, compliant IP and optical backbone network operations. The role manages incident triage, root-cause analysis, performance and coaching, hiring, team building, operational standards, vendor and managed service provider performance, and communication of operational risk and program updates. It requires at least eight years of network engineering or network operations experience, including two years managing network engineering teams, along with experience in large-scale deployments, incident management, change control, monitoring, and cross-functional network service delivery.
