Roehm is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to drive growth in its PMMA business across the Americas. The role leads new business development, identifies applications and customer needs in automotive, medical, extrusion, compounding, and building and construction markets, engages OEMs, performs market analysis, represents the company at trade shows, supports product launches, and maintains a CRM-tracked opportunity pipeline. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of business development or technical commercial experience, strong customer-facing and cross-functional skills, and willingness to travel 50% or more. The salary range is $115,100 to $172,700 per year, with an annual performance bonus and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
