Description
Caterpillar is hiring a Manager NPI to lead sourcing and NSI-related project work across ECTS programs and cross-functional partners. The onsite individual contributor will manage project governance, portfolio activities, planning, KPI reporting, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement while coordinating engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, PMO, supplier, and other business functions. The role is based primarily in Mossville, Illinois, with an alternate location in Lafayette, Indiana, and requires approximately 20–25% domestic and international travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.
