Connections Health Solutions is hiring a full-time Manager, Nursing to lead clinical, operational, staffing, quality, safety, and regulatory functions for nursing services in a 24/7/365 behavioral health facility. The role supervises and develops nursing and clinical support staff, manages patient flow and admissions, oversees staffing and budget stewardship, supports interdisciplinary care, and leads quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a current unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license, five years of psychiatric, behavioral health, or relevant experience, and two to four years of nursing leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
