Description
CoreWeave is hiring a Manager, Observability Engineering to lead the observability platform team responsible for metrics, logs, traces, telemetry pipelines, and reliability across distributed systems. The role defines strategy and roadmaps, guides architecture, improves instrumentation and production visibility, and partners with infrastructure, security, and application engineering teams. It requires at least five years of software engineering experience with production systems at scale, two years of engineering management experience, and experience building and operating observability and telemetry systems. The base salary is $182,000 to $242,000, with a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
