The role manages resources, staffing, recruiting, development, project management, and application development across clinical, operational, and back-office application environments, including Service Now, QGenda, electronic medical records, revenue systems, enterprise resource planning, and enterprise applications. The manager supervises 10–30 professional staff, oversees an operating budget of $1–$2 million and capital projects of $25,000–$10,000,000, and interfaces with customer-area directors and vice-presidents. The position is remote with occasional sight-seeing leadership meetings and projects, requires candidates to be within 50 miles of Dayton, Ohio, and specifies extensive IT and digital-health experience plus a bachelor’s or related degree.
