KIPP Texas is hiring a Manager of Assessments to lead the strategic implementation and operational management of local, state, and national assessment programs across its schools. The role oversees assessment distribution, compliance with testing mandates, data systems and analysis, stakeholder training, and a team of Campus Testing Coordinators. It requires a bachelor’s degree, K-12 instructional leadership or assessment experience, and the ability to travel frequently between campuses. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the central office or schools.
