San José Clean Energy is hiring a full-time Manager of Building Electrification Programs, also titled Senior Power Resources Specialist, to lead the strategy, implementation, reporting, contracting, budgeting, and continuous improvement of building electrification and energy-efficiency programs. The role oversees two staff members, supports program design and workforce development, secures federal, state, and local funding, engages with regulators and stakeholders, and presents to city and community groups. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in energy resources operations, planning, purchasing, scheduling, or contract negotiations, and is a hybrid position with onsite work in the downtown San José office.
