Community Action House is hiring a full-time Community Kitchen Manager to lead hospitality-focused operations serving approximately 100–200 guests Monday through Friday in Holland. The role manages meal planning, kitchen workflow, staff and volunteer scheduling, inventory, food safety, sanitation, reporting, program quality, and relationships with food rescue, housing access, and other partners. It requires 6+ years of relevant experience, 1+ years of supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree or culinary certificate, and prior experience cooking for large groups and planning nutritious meals from scratch. The position pays $53,500–$61,500 per year and is eligible for benefits.
