Description
The Construction Manager will lead franchisee and corporately developed new store, relocation, and remodel projects through construction planning, vendor selection, permitting, build-out, and opening. The role manages company vendors, project schedules, FranConnect reporting, cross-functional coordination, and franchisee relationships while advising on development efficiencies and mitigating risks. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of franchise construction project management experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to travel nationally 50% of the time; visa sponsorship is not available.
