Description
The Manager, Data & Analytics will lead data quality, governance, and analytics across institutional systems, manage the Dexibit business intelligence platform, design a centralized data lake, and develop reusable dashboards and KPI reporting. The role partners with department leaders and the Chief Operating Officer, supports visitor and guest data integration, reduces manual reporting, and escalates data and system issues to Technology leadership. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3–5+ years of data analysis, business intelligence, or data management experience.
