Description
ISCO is hiring a Manager of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, master data, data quality, analytics, business intelligence, AI/ML, data architecture, and the Data & Analytics team. The role combines executive strategy with hands-on governance and data-quality work, establishes foundational capabilities in a midsize manufacturing organization, and develops a multi-year roadmap for data-driven transformation. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive experience in data management, governance, analytics, or related disciplines, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and budgets, along with experience in enterprise governance, metadata frameworks, data stewardship, modern data platforms, and data integration.
