Vinted is hiring a Manager of Data Science & Analytics, Payments Intelligence to lead an analytics-focused team supporting the Payments Business Unit. The role manages Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Decision Scientists; builds scalable data products; enables data-driven decisions; and collaborates with Engineering, Product, Business, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders. Candidates should have at least two years of payments or fintech experience, experience leading a domain or complex team, applied data expertise, and a STEM degree or equivalent. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €6,167–€8,342, private health insurance, hybrid work, and other benefits.
