Apicha Community Health Center is hiring a Manager of Dental Operations in Jackson Heights to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of its dental clinic under the Director of Clinic Operations. The role manages front-desk operations, scheduling, patient accounts, billing, collections, referrals, medical records, inventory, staff scheduling, training, compliance, and quality improvement. An associate degree and at least three years of related experience are required; dental office management experience, EMR experience, and fluency in Spanish or an Asian language are preferred.
