TCH is hiring a full-time Development Manager to support fundraising and donor engagement for individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona. The role manages donor communications, stewardship, donor relations, external communications, the website, social media, and the donor database; identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards donors; plans and executes donor events; tracks fundraising outcomes; and collaborates with staff and community partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, five years of related work experience, an Arizona driver’s license, a clean MVR, and successful background and drug screening.
