New Jersey Natural Gas is hiring a Manager of Energy Efficiency Program Implementation to lead the implementation of its SAVEGREEN and Comfort Partners energy efficiency programs, including residential, low-to-moderate-income, and commercial delivery. The role oversees implementation teams, operational coordination, budgets, energy savings targets, performance metrics, evaluation and measurement and verification, forecasting, vendor relationships, and joint utility program coordination. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of energy efficiency program management experience, and at least three years of supervisory or direct people leadership experience. The position is hybrid and offers a base pay range of $111,000 to $150,000 plus an annual short-term incentive program and comprehensive benefits.
