Description
The Clinical Research Finance Manager oversees the financial lifecycle of clinical trials and research grants, including budget development, sponsor and CRO negotiations, invoicing, accounts receivable, expense monitoring, variance analysis, compliance reporting, and financial process governance. The role also leads the research finance team, develops policies and procedures, and supports billing, revenue recognition, and regulatory compliance across industry-sponsored, investigator-initiated, and grant-funded research. It is an on-site position in Newport Beach and requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a healthcare-related field, plus 3–5+ years of experience in clinical research operations, finance, or accounting.
