Description
Orb is hiring a Manager of Implementation Architects to lead a distributed team of Implementation Architects across San Francisco and New York. The role combines player-coach responsibilities with technical post-sales implementation work, including customer billing integrations, API design, go-live delivery, technical troubleshooting, product enhancements, and process improvement. The manager will also develop team members, partner with Customer Success, support hiring, and escalate complex technical issues. The position requires 5–7 years of technical post-sales experience and 3–5 years of people management experience, with some domestic travel required.
