OpenSesame is hiring an IT Operations Manager to transform its existing helpdesk and systems administration organization into a proactive, process-driven internal service organization. The role leads people development, project and roadmap ownership, process design, security-minded systems thinking, automation, authentication and access management, vendor relationships, disaster recovery, and cross-functional IT initiatives. It is a remote-first position based anywhere in the United States, with up to 15 days of travel per year for most employees, and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $160,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
