Nourishing Hope is hiring a Manager of Institutional Partnerships to manage a mid-tier portfolio of corporate and foundation funders, develop new institutional leads, cultivate corporate volunteerism and employee engagement partnerships, lead the Chicago Marathon fundraising team, and support prospecting, proposal coordination, and funder engagement. The role is based at the organization’s headquarters in Chicago, follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule, and offers a hybrid arrangement with two remote days per week. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of fundraising, business development, or sales experience, along with knowledge of institutional fundraising, proposal writing, Salesforce, and donor stewardship. Compensation is $63,000–$68,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
